Refuge is a national charity that provides a lifeline for women and children escaping domestic violence. We have the following opportunity for committed female* applicants.

You will have experience of supporting women in a community or social work setting, an understanding of domestic violence issues and a good knowledge of current welfare rights and domestic violence legislation. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent case management skills, experience of liaising with external agencies and good written and verbal communication skills.
You will travel throughout Southwark, assisting women to move to a life free from abuse using individual support plans as tools to develop a strategy for each woman.
The candidate must have a commitment to the values of empowerment, support and equality, which underpin all the work undertaken by Refuge.
