Job / Volunteer Outline Description |
You will play a crucial role in promoting high quality delivery across DVIP’s adult service teams and will ensure that the organisation meets all its contractual and performance obligations to stakeholders. Reporting to the CEO as a member of the senior management Team, you will also contribute to strategic development, ensuring that DVIP retains its reputation for pioneering services within the field. With significant experience of managing domestic violence or related services, you will have a thorough understanding of the range of interventions available to improve the safety of women and children and hold perpetrators accountable. You must be a superb communicator, with an ability to inspire and motivate staff to high levels of performance. |
