Zed Books Ltd, WiP’s 2008 Pandora Award winner, are a distinctive voice in independent and progressive publishing. They are celebrating their 30th birthday. Ruvani de Silva and Tasmine O’Riordan from Zed will be telling us more about their successes, challenges and future plans.

Nadje Al-Ali, director of the Gender Studies Centre at SOAS, University of London and author of Zed titles ‘Iraqi Women’ and ‘Women and War in the Middle East’, will also join us to talk about her books.
