FREE funding seminar for women’s organisations – WRC – 6th July 2009

Come listen and pose your questions to inspiring experts on commissioning and social enterprise. This is a funding seminar centring on the income generation opportunities presented by winning public service contracts and setting up social enterprise, along with information on finding funding from individual donors. The speakers will share pearls of wisdom about how you could make your organisation more financially stable by engaging with these alternative funding options. There will also be an opportunity to network with other women’s organisations at the event.

Speakers will include:
* Commissioners from Islington (t.b.c.)
* Supriya Horn, Head of Sustainability and Development, the Women’s Resource Centre, Developing Income from Individual Donors
* Noelle Gilbert, Income Generation Officer, Women’s Resource Centre, Social Enterprise – How to make it work for the women’s sector.

This event is FREE and open to all women’s organisations in London. Refreshments will be provided whilst you network.
