The Kiran Project has the following 2 vacancies
Female Family & Youth Worker (Trainer)
* Salary: £22,454 Inc ILW
* Hours: 30 Hours a week
* Duration: This is a 15 Month fixed term contract
The post holder must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, will organise and deliver parenting skills training, workshops and seminars.
The ability to speak at least 1 Asian language is essential as is the understanding of domestic violence and its effects on Asian women and children.

Female Children’s Development Worker
* Salary: £25,268 (inclusive of ILW)
* Hours: 35 hours
* Duration: This is a three year fixed term contract
To have key responsibility for the provision of a structured programme of casework support for children living within the project and the community who may have experienced physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
The ability to speak at least one Asian language is essential.
NVQ level 3 qualified, or without qualifications, but with 2 years experience of working supportively with children in a formal setting. Ref: CDW/09
