Family & Children’s Services Manager – Islington
Salary: NJC Scale point 33-36 (£30,843 – £32,976)

We are looking for a highly experienced and flexible Family and Children’s Services Manager to lead and support staff working with children and their families in our refuge and community based teams.

You will need experience of working with children and their parents who have experienced trauma and loss and have a good understanding of the impact of domestic violence on children of different ages. You will be an experienced manager and looking for a new challenge where you are able to use and develop your skills.

Deputy Refuge Services Manager – Islington
Salary: NJC Scale Point 32-35 (£30,045 – £32,211)

We are looking for a committed and experience staff member to lead the staff teams in two of our Islington refuges. You should have experience of working in supported housing and preferably with women and children who have been forced to leave their homes due to domestic violence. You should also have a minimum of one year’s staff management experience.
