Children’s Outreach Worker: Art Therapy Service
4 days per week, salary NJC Scale 26-30: £25,263 – £28,485 pro rata.
Maternity cover duration: 12 months commencing August 2009.
Solace Women’s Aid works with women and children who have been affected by domestic violence. We run a wide range of services to meet the different needs of our service users.
The Children’s Outreach project provides individual Art Therapy sessions and Art Therapy group work for children/young people affected by domestic violence. The work takes place in the community and is occasionally based in schools and Children Centres.
The post holder will be based at our office in Islington. The service is delivered primarily in Camden, Islington and Enfield.
We hope the post holder will be able to commence employment at the beginning of August.
