Public investment in childcare : who cares, who pays? – Daycare Trust – 17th November 2009

Daycare Trust Annual conference 2009
Tuesday 17 November
Westminster, London

In what will be the last National childcare conference before the next General Election, Daycare Trust have invited the three main political parties to present their plans for early childhood education and care to an audience of academics and professionals working in the sector. If the three main political parties believe in the benefits of high quality, affordable childcare, then how do they plan to drive up quality and make childcare accessible and affordable for all? How can we meet the costs of extending access to childcare whilst also increasing the quality of care?
