Refuge Worker – Latin American Women’s Aid – 5th August 2009
Hours: Full Time
Salary: SP29 – £27,669 including Inner London Weighting
You must have experience of providing support to women, and knowledge of current housing/welfare rights and legislation relating to domestic violence. A recognised social work/counselling/housing qualification would be desirable. You will also have excellent casework skills, good written and verbal communication skills, clear professional boundaries and the ability to give emotional and practical support to women who have experienced domestic violence. Fluency in English & Spanish essential, Portuguese would be desirable.
