Description |
The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre are currently recruiting volunteers for their national helpline supporting survivors of rape and sexual abuse. The positions are based at their Croydon centre. Do you have good interpersonal skills or experience in a caring profession, and feel able to take calls from distressed people? If so we would like to hear from you. We will provide you with free accredited training from the London Open College Network, three Tuesday evenings and seven Saturdays. If you feel you have an open mind and can listen, are empathic and pragmatic and have the time and enthusiasm to make a commitment to working with us for at least one year please write, phone or email us to be forwarded an application pack with full position details. |
