Deputy Domestic Violence Services Manager
– Midlands**

Responsible for managing the delivery of refuge and floating support services, you will ensure that a secure and supportive environment for women and children escaping domestic violence is provided. This role requires a strategic and versatile individual, with proven experience of managing, developing and motivating staff. You will have excellent interpersonal, budget management and report writing skills. You must also have knowledge of domestic violence issues, housing, welfare and experience of working in either a women’s refuge/residential setting.

** Please note that for the Richmond and Midlands role, candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of providing support to Asian women and should speak at least one Asian language.

Please note that on-call work will be required in this post.

An enhanced CRB disclosure will be required for these posts.
