London Irish Women’s Centre celebrates Gypsy, Roma & Traveller History Month June 2010 with an exciting new exhibition
Irish Traveller Women in London: A Celebration of History and Culture
7th-30th June
Monday – Friday 10-4
The Exhibition features many pictures and artefacts illustrating the Irish Traveller’s way of life as well as a walk-through replica caravan.
Paper flower making workshops will take place at LIWC on Wednesdays 9th/16th/23rd June from 11-1 and 2-4 (free, just drop-in).
The Exhibition and workshops are enjoyable for all ages and are free of charge.
