Women and Girls Network is a national leader in developing and delivering culturally sensitive therapeutic services for women who have experienced all forms of gendered violence. Empowerment and healing resulting in women’s total and sustainable recovery from the effects of violence are at the heart of our work.
We have successfully campaigned to raise awareness of issues affecting women and gendered violence and this has translated into new and pioneering services.
We have career opportunities for women to directly shape and influence the development and delivery of these services.
Central Services and Development Director
up to £45,000
Providing strategic direction and leadership you will translate WGN’s strategy into high quality service delivery, working practices and participatory working cultures. Co-ordinating the development of our infrastructure services you will ensure we have the financial and human resources in place to see through our commitment to deliver high quality services. You will be responsible for fundraising and the development of new services, one of your first priorities will be to support the development of a new Rape Crisis Centre.
Services Delivery Manager
up to £40,200
A key member of our Senior Management Team you will provide operational leadership, management and support to our front line services. Your external priorities will be to develop productive working relationships with our partners and stakeholders. You will monitor trends in service delivery which will influence and shape WGN’s policy and clinical practices.
Administration Manager
up to £35,000
An expert in administration, ICT systems you will provide executive support services to our Senior Management Team and manage the delivery of reception, administration, facilities and ICT services to WGN’s main centre and satellite locations. To support you in delivering these services will be a full time receptionist/administrator and a team of exceptional volunteers.
Rape Crisis Centre Manager
up to £40,000
You will manage, co-ordinate and ensure the delivery of safe, high quality, culturally appropriate services to women and girls who have experience sexual violence. Developing relationships and protocols with external agencies will be a critical aspect of your service development role.
Rape Crisis Centre Reception-Administrator
up to £21,000
You will provide a warm, calm and supportive welcome for all visitors and callers to the Rape Crisis Centre. Working with the Centre Manager you will provide a range of reception, administrative and facilities support services enabling WGN to deliver high quality services.
