Do you want to fast track to a new level in your work life?
Then this intensive and dynamic course will put you in the driving seat and enable you to develop your professional and leadership skills fast. During the course you can complete the Certificate in Leadership and Management and have an opportunity to move on to the Diploma. As well as taking part in formal learning activities, you will work on projects with employers and learn the secrets of success from guest speakers from the business community. Those progressing to the diploma will have the opportunity to join the Hillcroft mentor scheme.
