Salary: £37,326 – £47,004 per annum inclusive

The Child and Woman Abuse Studies Unit, established in 1987, has a national and international reputation for its research, evaluation, consultancy and training on violence against women and children.
We are seeking a senior lecturer to join our dynamic team who will deputise for the unit’s Director, co-ordinate a successful MA and develop post-graduate education. You must be able to provide specialist teaching in woman and child abuse, develop new modules and learning materials, supervise MA and PhD students, manage existing and develop new research projects and contribute to the intellectual culture of CWASU. You will be educated to PhD level, have a substantial body of academic publications, extensive knowledge of the field of violence against women and children and recent experience of research and consultancy.
