Job / Volunteer Description |
The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre are currently recruiting volunteers for their national helpline supporting survivors of rape and sexual abuse. The positions are based at their Croydon centre: * Do you have good interpersonal skills or experience in a caring profession, and feel able to take calls from distressed people? If so we would like to hear from you. * We will provide you with free accredited training from the London Open College Network, on 10 Saturdays, starting on the 2nd of October. * If you feel you have an open mind and can listen, are empathic and pragmatic and have the time and enthusiasm to make a commitment to working with us for at least one year please write, phone or email us to be forwarded an application pack with full position details. |
