What Makes Good Design? – Women in Publishing Event – 8th September 2010

Join Women in Publishing at The Savoy Tup function room for our September meeting.

Our speakers are Andrea Semas, Christine Sieber and Suna Cristall.

Andrea Semas owns Kitty DoLittle, an online retail shop for unique fashion accessories. She was a Senior Account and Digital Director at The Workroom, a London branding and design agency for over 7 years. She holds a MA in Design Strategy and Innovation, and a BSc in Business Communication.

Christine Sieber designs high quality art books, exhibition catalogues and illustrated books. She works with leading museums, publishers and artists to help them to present their art in the best suitable way. She is an expert in all stages of the design and production process, including type, color, printing, binding and material. Christine runs her own design studio in London

Suna Cristall is a web designer, specialising in sites promoting books and authors. Some examples of her work are available

After the talk, there will be an opportunity to network, so why not stick around for a drink and see who you can meet.

Non-members £5, but if you join on the night the meeting is free.
