The Women’s Library Library Services (Special Collections) has the following vacancy:

Communications and Marketing Officer
Salary from £24,435 to £27,849 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting)
Full-time/Permanent

The Women’s Library holds the most extensive collection of material relating to women’s history in the UK. It is housed in a purpose built building that hosts major exhibitions, events and full access to its collections. The Women’s Library is at the heart of the Special Collections at London Metropolitan University.

We are looking for a Communications and Marketing Officer who will transform the Library’s public profile and significantly develop its audiences. This key post manages the Library’s press and marketing strategies and campaigns, directs the on line presence of the Special Collections and works with colleagues throughout the University.

You will be proactive, challenging and enthusiastic, but also practical, able to work to deadlines and getting the most from the inter-disciplinary team at the Women’s Library.
