Rape Crisis Service Manager – North London

22.5 hours per week (3 days)
£33,306 pro rata plus benefits
18 month contract

As an experienced service manager you will lead on this project; setting up the counseling and advocacy service, leading the team and ensure excellent outcomes and partnerships with other providers.

Rape Crisis Counselling Coordinator – North London

22.5 hours per week (3 days)
£31,935 pro rata plus benefits
18 month contract

As an experienced and qualified counselling supervisor and accredited member of BACP or equivalent, you will set up and lead the counseling team offering free individual and group counseling to women and girls over 14years impacted by sexual violence.

The counseling will be delivered by three counsellors and volunteers who you will manage and supervise. You will lead the counseling team reporting to the Rape Crisis Manager and liaise with Rape Crisis advocates and take responsibility for delivering excellence in outcomes and partnership working.

Sexual Violence Advocate (North London Rape Crisis) 2 posts

30 hours (4 days) per week including occasional evening and weekend work.
£27,009 pro rata (£21,607 for 4 days per week). Plus benefits. 18 month contract .

As an experienced Advocate working with a vulnerable service user group you will work within a multi-agency setting to provide a pro-active crisis intervention and ongoing support service to adult female victims of recent and historic rape and sexual assault within and outside of the criminal justice system.

Rape Crisis Counsellors (3 posts) – North London

30 hours per week (4 days but negotiable)
£27,009 pro rata plus benefits
18 month contract

We are now seeking experienced and qualified counsellors who are accredited members of BACP or equivalent. We will offer free one to one and group counseling to women and girls over 14 years impacted by sexual violence. We are seeking one counsellor with an interest in and experience of working with young women and girls.
You will carry out assessments, allocate counselling places appropriately and work closely with our volunteer counsellors. You will deliver both individual and group counseling contributing to excellence in service delivery.

Interviews: 14 December
