Winners of Women in Publishing Pandora Award 2010
At the Women in Publishing Christmas Party on 8 December, the Pandora Winners 2010, the Wilde Network were celebrated for their achievements in the publishing industry.
The award winners work successfully to champion and empower new and existing women writers from African and Carribean backgrounds, holding workshops and retreats in the UK and Jamaica and publishing anthologies. In addition, they are setting up a creative centre in Jamaica which will offer IT and creative writing classes for women and girls from rural communities.
Thank you everyone who attended the WiP Christmas party for an inspiring evening with interesting conversations and networking with old and new faces!
