De-clutter and give back – benefit for Solace Women’s Aid – donations by 30th March 2011

WGIRLS announce a new campaign to de-clutter and give back!

WGIRLS London is calling out for all ladies to clear out the clutter of unused cosmetics in their bathroom cabinets and donate their unwanted toiletries, sample sizes, and beauty product samples to benefit women in London who are fleeing domestic violence.

A day of pampering at a Solace Women’s Aid refuge centre has been organised in April 2011 to help these vulnerable women feel strong and confident. Many have left their homes with very few belongings. WGIRLS have organised a series of fun beauty treats for the women and activities for their children, along with afternoon tea and cakes.

WGIRLS are collecting all everyday essentials, skincare, make-up, tools and accessories to use at the event and to donate to the women. Anything and everything beauty-related will be accepted! Please see the attached flyer for more information. If you would be happy to give it to a friend WGIRLS will take it!

Donations can be sent directly to WGIRLS London at the address below. Or email us at wgirlslondon@gmail.com to discuss collections in London.

The deadline for all donations is Wednesday, 30th March. Please help us to spread the word!
