WORKSHOP: London Plan Update: Thursday 7th April, 18.30 – 20.00 at Tindlemanor, 52-54 Featherstone Street, London EC1Y 8RT
The GLA’s Inclusive Design Adviser Julie Fleck will present an update on progress with the draft replacement London Plan, and how access and inclusive design issues are being addressed by the GLA.
The Planning Inspector’s Report is expected shortly and the GLA will then prepare the final London Plan for its formal adoption later this year. Consideration is now being given to advice and guidance needed to support implementation of the policies, including those on access and inclusive design, accessible housing and Lifetime Neighbourhoods. This is being done in the context of the Localism Bill and the changes to the planning system. Supplementary planning guidance on a number of topics will be published for public consultation soon.
This is your chance to learn more about important updates to London’s Plan.
