Women Girls Network Are Delivering A Free Workshop Programme To Women In The Boroughs Of Southwark Lewisham In March 2011
Do you work with young women aged 11-25 in the Borough of Southwark & Lewisham?
Women and Girls Network will be running a series of FREE workshops on:
* Girl Power (aimed at improving self-esteem and confidence)
* Managing My Relationships (enabling young women to negotiate their needs and manage conflicts in their relationships)
* Feeling Good (aimed at encouraging young women to focus on their emotional and physical health and wellbeing)
* My rights (aimed at making young women aware of their legal rights)
* Life Coaching (aimed at developing young women’s abilities to make informed decisions and feel empowered to make the changes they want in their lives)
Every participant who completes the programme will receive a Free Goody Bag (worth £50) and a Certificate outlining what they have achieved
We will be running the programme on 28th, 29th & 30th of March 2011
