The West London Rape Crisis Centre provides a specialist counselling service for women who have experienced recent or historic sexual violence, including child sexual abuse, rape, prostitution, sexual assault, sexual harassment and sexual exploitation. West London Rape Crisis Service is currently recruiting an
Independent Sexual Violence Advocate: West London
Salary: £30,000 inclusive
Full time, 35 per week (requires evening and weekend work)
Primarily working in the boroughs of Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham

The ISVAs role is to ensure that women (from the age of 14 years) who have experienced recent or historical sexual violence receive the appropriate support and services they need. You will work in multi-agency settings to provide a proactive service for women survivors of sexual violence within and outside of the criminal justice system and support women in making safe and positive choices, access health, legal and other appropriate services; risk assess and help keep clients safe.
