Position Title: Holiday Play Worker (Hackney)
Salary Range: £8.50 per hour
Team: Children and Young People’s Service
Line Manager: Head of Children and Young People’s Service
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri, 25 July – 19 August 2011
The Children and Young Peoples Service is looking for an enthusiastic holiday play worker to help run our summer holiday playscheme for children aged 5-16 years affected by violence against women (including domestic and sexual violence).
Information for above post:
A relevant level two qualification in childcare or equivalent would be desirable i.e. Play Work or Youth Work. However, we will also accept applicants with a minimum of two years experience working with children and young people.
Female applicants only. Section 7(2) (e) of the 1975 Sex Discrimination Act applies to all posts.
Applicants must hold a current enhanced CRB
