Voluntary and Community Sector Premises Management Training: Thurs 11th August 2011, 9.30am – 3pm

For managers and those responsible for premises which house voluntary and community organisations in London

This WDS training session will enable participants to reduce maintenance and development costs of buildings currently occupied or which participants propose to manage, lease or purchase
* Building maintenance & lifecycle management
* Employing contractors
* Buildings insurance
* Fire risk assessments
* Construction Design & Management Regulations
