Trends Towards Management and Leadership Effectiveness During Adult Learners Week, the Hillcroft College will be hosting a free seminar to present and discuss issues related to the workplace - trends towards managment and leadership effectiveness. The focus of the seminar will be managerial effectiveness and how to distinguish between 'good' and 'bad' managers. The seminar will benefit women seeking to develop menagement and team leading skills. The seminar will be run twice on Thursday 15th May 2003.
