The main aims of the job are:
- To manage the overall work of Women's Health and to lead the development and implementation of the existing and future business plans and strategic development.
- To be responsible for fundraising and financial management within the plans and policies of Women's Health
- To lead and manage the staff team (currently nine part-time workers and one freelance consultant) to ensure the attainment, maintenance and development of an appropriate and responsive service delivery
- To lead on the monitoring and evaluation of the work of the organisation
- To represent and promote the organisation with external partners and the media.
You will have at least two years' experience of financial management, demonstrable fundraising success, staff and project management skills as well as strategic development experience. Knowledge of women's health issues and health policy would be an advantage.
