Account3 : Management Training for women

Account3 in conjunction with Hillcroft Womens College will be providing training for the ILM Level 3 Management Qualification from September.

The course is completely free (funded by ESF Co-financing ) and is open to:

• Women who do not already have a Management qualification and who are working or volunteering in supervisory positions in small businesses, voluntary and community organisations or small charities within any area of London
• Managers in the Third Sector could take advantage of this project to gain a nationally recognised management qualification based on the work they are already doing.

Other details:

• Start date: third week in September 2007
• End date: April 2008
• Mode of study: small group and one to one tutorials with optional on line learning or optional residential week ends
• Time required: Classroom based study 2 days per month - for example, one Thursday and one Saturday per month
• All costs including childcare, other care and travel will be re-imbursed
• Enrolment by September 5th 2007.
