Working (or volunteering) in the Community & Voluntary Sector creates a range of challenges including meeting the expectations of stakeholders and funding bodies as well as delivering the core aims of the organisation.
Hillcroft College has developed a range of courses to help to help women develop the skills and knowledge required to run modern organisations effectively.

- learn how to deliver training and pass on knowledge and skills to others.

- planning funding for your project.
In addition to scheduled courses the college can adapt courses to meet particular needs and support group activities. Some activities may be delivered on an outreach basis.
