LER for LAGER, PACE and Galop : Training : January to March 2004

FREE Training For LGB Organisations on the New Sexual Orientation Regulations

2004 is a significant year for lesbian gay and bisexual people.  For the first time there is specific legislation that will outlaw discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation.

Galop, PACE and LAGER are very pleased to be able to offer free training on the new law to LGB organisations across England, Wales and Scotland.

Aims And Objectives Of The Course

• Understand the new law
• Be able to explain the new law to clients, customers or staff
• Be able to advise the clients, customers and staff on their new rights

The Course Will Cover

• An explanation of the new laws
• What the law does and does not cover
• How to prove discrimination
• Where to go for help
• Practical examples of how the new law can be used
