Child Contact and the Law training course

Thursday 15th July 2004 from 9.30am to 1.00pm

• This is a new course for women working with women affected by child contact issues.
• The course is being held at the Resource Centre, Holloway Road, London.
• The closing date for applications is 1st July 2004.
• The course fee is £50 for women's organisations, NGOs, CABx and Law Centres and £80 for all others.

The course will provide participants with a practical introduction to the law on child contact including a basic explanation of contact, who can apply, what the court can order, the legal principles underpinning contact, links with domestic violence and how to apply for contact.
