Rights of Women : Domestic Violence and the Law – Updated

Do you offer support to women who are experiencing domestic violence?

To coincide with the introduction of the Domestic Violence Crime and Victims Act 2004 and the launch of the second edition of our Domestic Violence DIY Injunction Handbook, Rights of Women is offering this half day course to enable you to support women wishing to seek protection from domestic violence including:

  • an overview of the civil law on domestic violence
  • an update on the new law
  • non-molestation orders and occupation orders
  • who can apply
  • how to apply for protection
  • court procedure and service
  • enforcement

Each participant will receive a copy of newly revised Second Edition of the Rights of Women's Domestic Violence DIY Injunction Handbook.
