Upskill provides support training and guidance for trainee and unemployed tradeswomen who want to get into self employment of further training
We offer
- One to one guidance and support.
- Self employment Training covering:
Pricing and Estimating, Business Planning, Marketing, legal structures and ICT
- 1 Day training courses covering:
First Aid, Personal Safety, Manual Handling, CV workshops and confidence building.
- Resource room sessions:
Supported access to our well stocked resource room which has access to the internet, publishing packages, scanners, photocopier and tradeswoman's library.
- Trade fairs showcasing employers, colleges and trade organisations

- Women are being recruited on to the Upskill programme.
- The programme provides support for London based trainee and unemployed tradeswomen.
- The project can also support women who work up to 16 hours per week.
