Women's Radio Group : 'FAST FORWARD' Free Radio Production Course

• One day each week for eleven weeks beginning Thursday 28th September
• Delivered by Women's Radio Group trainers in studios at Desi Radio, Southall
• Training leads to Open College Network accredited qualifications

Training covers:

• Digital editing and recording
• Presentation and Interviewing techniques
• How to use a radio desk
• Making radio commercials and Public Service Announcements
• Participating in Internet broadcasts
• Computer skills (if required)
• Support with English language (if required)
• Assistance with travel costs (if required)

If you are a women and meet one or more of the following criteria you may be offered a place.

a.. Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic origins
b.. Single parent
c.. Over 40 years' old
d.. Have a disability
e.. Not in full time employment
f.. Live in West London or Camden area
