Seminar hosted by the Mannheim Centre for Criminology and the Fawcett Society to launch 'When Victims Become Offenders: In Search of Policy and Practice Coherence' by Dr Judith Rumgay of the LSE. Dr Rumgay will present the findings of her paper which explores the links between female victimisation and offending. Jenny Roberts of the ASHA Women's Centre will then discuss the implications for service provision.
