Tradewomen's Fair The WAMT Tradeswomen's Fair is a unique event in the construction industry - no other organisation specifically addresses women's needs in the industry in this way. At a WAMT Tradeswomen's Fair, women are able to access a wide range of information from employment opportunities, training and apprenticeships, to finance and childcare arrangements - all under one roof. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and because it is run by WAMT staff, the event has a personal, tailored approach. Last year's Fairs were very successful - over 100 women attended the WAMT Tradeswomen's Fair November 2003. Our Tradeswomen's Fair on Friday 26th March 2004 will be the third fair run by WAMT's highly successful project 'Women Building Links into Employment' funded by the European Social Fund and the Association of London Government.
