Part One 2.30 – 3.45

Speakers:  Hilary Wainwright, Red Pepper, and Researcher for the New Politics Project of the Trans-national Institute and Helena Kotkowska, Attac UK

• Welcome and Introduction to the meeting
• The concept of the Social Forums, WSF and ESF
• The ESF Programme:  Themes, Plenaries, Seminars, Workshops; - how we can contribute
• Practicalities of the London ESF:  venues, interpreting, affiliating, accommodation
• Getting involved in the organising process
• Deciding on groupings for second part (seminar discussion)

Break 3.45-4.00

Part Two 4.00- 5.30

• 4.00-5.15 : Meet in groups broadly based on the ESF themes to discuss combining to offer seminars/workshops including possible women speakers. Each group facilitated by one of the earlier speakers
• 5.15-5.30 : Final session: sharing seminar ideas & close
