- Welcome and Introduction to the meeting
- The concept of the Social Forums, WSF and ESF
- The ESF Programme: Themes, Plenaries, Seminars, Workshops; - how we can contribute
- Practicalities of the London ESF: venues, interpreting, affiliating, accommodation
- Getting involved in the organising process
- Deciding on groupings for second part (seminar discussion)
Break 3.45-4.00
Part Two 4.00- 5.30
- 4.00-5.15 : Meet in groups broadly based on the ESF themes to discuss combining to offer seminars/workshops including possible women speakers. Each group facilitated by one of the earlier speakers
- 5.15-5.30 : Final session: sharing seminar ideas & close
