In the morning session speakers will explore ways in which women are making decisions in in conflict and post conflict regions, what UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security has achieved and how it can be stregnthened
In the afternoon the seminar will look at ways in which economic injustices affect women and how they can be empowered. We shall consider whether it is possible to prepare a UN resolution on economic justice and women modelled on SCR 1325.
