    Janine Eberle of Lonely Planet, talks about publishing destination guides - what's on the up, what's on the wane, and what readers want from a travel guide. Alexandra McDonald of teNeues focuses on her company's very different take on travel publishing, seeking out all that's stylish and cool and offering readers a visual feast.
