Getting Gender on the Agenda (WRC consultation event)
Clarification on previous information
- What should the government's involvement in the women's voluntary sector be like?
- Should the women's voluntary sector be delivering public services? If not, where will our funding come from? If so, how can we retain our independence?
- What about full-cost recovery (paying for your overheads)?
- How can we ensure funders treat women's organisations fairly (should there be penalties if they don't?)
- Where is the money? Commissioning, procurement, tenders ... how will the women's sector survive?
- How can we get gender on the agenda?
