Interview advice for both job applicants and interviewers with Lucy Medhurst

The object of this advice is to help job applicants feel confident to perform positively at interview and to demonstrate how appropriate they are for the vacancy. I will discuss the best way of approach, body language and personal presentation. In addition the best questioning techniques and relevant responses.

For interviewers Lucy looks at competency based and focused interview questions to ensure the must suitable candidate is selected
