Community Integration Partnership (CIP)

Purpose:
  • CIP has filled the gap in service provision for Refugee women in Birmingham and aims to integrate refugee women, while working towards "integration matters".
  • CIP is a recognised education establishment providing courses for adults and a nursery that works on the birth to three and foundation stage framework.
  • CIP enables women to gain qualifications and supports them in seeking employment.
  • CIP has launched its Social Enterprise Programme which offers women work experience and employment theory equipping women with the skills and information they need to move in to employment.
  • Activities:
    Courses, Training, Employment Support, Work Experience, Volunteering, Health promotion, Advocacy, Crèche, Art classes, Positive Parenting, Citizenship, Events and signposting on to other services.
