Third Sector Women
- Purpose:
- TSW is a network for women working at all levels within the Third Sector, volunteers, employees and trustees.
- We exist to provide support, challenge and inspiration in order to increase the number of women leaders in the Third Sector and enable women to progress careers of choice.
- We will work together to create a culture of high aspiration in which women's success in non profit organisations is visible and celebrated.
- We will work with leaders of cause driven organisations, policy makers and membership bodies to achieve equality in pay, career opportunities for all and to make work life balance a reality and not a dream.
- Activities:
- Support : peer 2 peer contact, collective problem solving & resourcing, mentoring and coaching.
- Challenges: retreat experiences,food for thought networking events, international exchanges.
- Inspire: role models, talent pools and action learning.
