Object : Funding to Challenge Lap Dancing

OBJECT is thrilled to have gained funding from the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust to call for a review of the licensing of lap dancing.

We hope to launch a similar campaign as we did around The Sport and Lad's Mags .. with lots of demos, Portcullis debates, Parliamentary debates, Bills and votes.

Ultimately we seek an end to the licensing of lap and pole dancing as pubs as well as increased public discussion around pole dancing and 'sex object' culture more generally.

We hope to work with other women's groups and experts to make this an effective - and fun - campaign
