Polari : Survey on lesbians, gay men and bisexuals 50+
Polari is carrying out a survey of lesbians, gay men and bisexuals (LGBs) who are aged 50 or over. The survey focuses on their experience of, and views about, general practice (doctors' surgeries and health centres). The survey focuses on sexual orientation, not, in this case on gender identity, however we hope to receive responses from trans people who are lesbian, gay or bisexual and aged 50 and over.
The survey will inform evidence we are providing to Age Concern England and a summary of the findings will be available on the internet in future. If you wish to take part, please read the Information for Participants that accompanies the survey.
Here is the link to the online version of our survey http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=NAhhV2P9rTVEfZxEvjk8lA_3d_3d
We can also send out word files in 14pt and 20pt and also adapted for users of speech readers with a freepost address to respond. We are happy to adapt files to any other format like rich text that would be helpful. We are keen to enable access in any way we can - for instance we will do the survey on the phone for someone who needs this for access reasons.
Please contact Polari via details below if you would like a hard copy or have any queries about the survey.
