Positive Body Image

Group Purpose:

Positive Body Image aims to use a holistic approach to health and fitness to help individuals improve their physical, mental and spiritual well being and, in so doing, help them to improve their self-image and achieve their potential.

Positive Body Image was established to help address the health inequalities experienced by ethnic minority women, particularly Black women.

However, our programmes and services are open to all women.
