£24,825 (SO1) pro rata – pay award pending

Description:

To conduct regularly review Risk and Needs assessments with service users and develop individual support plans.

To support service users with benefits claims.

To provide advice to service users on issues including housing and homelessness, welfare, education, health, safety, employment, counselling and legal rights.

To ensure that service users understand their rights and responsibilities regarding the support they are receiving.

To keep the views of the service users at the forefront of the Needs and Risk Assessments and support Plans.
