  • Are dedicated to providing a range of services for women and children, enabling them to live lives free from domestic violence.
  • Together we are creating a new Women’s Aid in London. If you have the commitment, skills and abilities to join this exciting venture we would like to hear from you.

  • Position 1:
    Assistant Director: Refuge Services
    Salary:
    NJC scale point 50-54 (£43,137 to £47,061)
    Description:
  • You will co-ordinate our seven refuges ensuring a high quality and responsive service to women and children.
  • You need experience of managing in a residential setting and of working with women affected by domestic violence.

  • Position 2:
    Assistant Director: Community Services
    Salary:
    NJC scale point 50-54 (£43,137 to £47,061)
    Description:
  • We are looking for an experienced manager to run our range of community based services including Floating Support, Advocacy, Advice, Legal and Family Support projects.
  • You should have experience of developing new services in the voluntary sector.

  • Position 3:
    Project Manager
    Salary:
    NJC scale point 36-40 ( £31,320-£34,755)
    Description:
  • We need an experienced Project Manager for our 21 bed refuge in North London.
  • You will be responsible for the day to day running of the refuge and lead a team of refuge and children’s workers.

  • Position 4:
    Senior Children’s Worker
    Salary:
    NJC scale point 26-30 (£23,994-£27,054)
    Description:
  • Based in our Irish refuge in South London, you will take the lead in providing services to children.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is necessary.
