The Associate will research, develop and manage the implementation of an alternative business and marketing processes on value-added services.

The role will be based at Newham Asian Women's Project (NAWP), Barking Site London, but the Associate will be a Roehampton University employee. NAWP is a not-for-profit organisation and provides services to women in UK (including teenagers and their children) fleeing gender-based violence. NAWP has formed a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Roehampton University School of Business and Social Sciences. KTP is one of the country's largest graduate recruitment schemes, support high-profile business development projects between companies and Universities, and are widely recognised as a fast track into rewarding high-profile careers for recent graduates. This post is for a fixed term of two years, and carries an attractive salary depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer the opportunity to gain a business management qualification resulting in Chartered Manager status through the CMI, holiday entitlement and opportunity for a pension scheme.
